Hi, I am new to this site but have had af for nearly 11 years spasmodically, kept under control with bisoprolol and flecaneide and aspirin for blood thinning. Over the past year it gradually got a great deal worse, and in November I had a cryoballoonablation. Yesterday I visited my Consultant for a check and he said that I could be weaned off both of these drugs as all seems good. Wow! There is light at the end of the tunnel.
