Does anyone have AFib but unable to take anticouagulants due to bleeding episodes?

What have Electrophysiologist recommended if so?

Difficult question and need really depends on Chadsvasc score. Watchman device not generally approved under NICE in UK and recent trial stopped after only a few months when NHS funding ran out.

Natural or herbal "blood thinners" are not anticoagulants so doubtful benefit I fear. Aspirin has potential for harm with very limited benefit.

Any anticoagulation needs to consider HASBLED score as well as CHADSVASC in order to balance all risks.

Thank you so much Bob for your response. Dr has ruled out aspirin and Watchman. Watchman due to the need to be on anticoagulant before and after procedure. Will look at hasbled score. Thank you again for speedy response.
