My son has had major heart surgery and since then has been taking rivaroxaban , since taking it he is sleepy most of time lethargic and generally feeling unwell is this side effects Rivaroxaban and is it natural for him to be so tired all the time please help

After heart surgery I would suggest you contact the prescriber.This is not something to be messed about with.
How long ago? It takes a long time to recover from heart surgery. Was it to treat AF? Those can be side effects of the drugs but if you have any doubts I would contact your cardiologist or doctor to check. I hope he picks up soon.
