Hi all ive stopped taking spironolactone but still take furosemide for heart failure and my weight has gone up 7Ilbs and now stopped increasing is this normal to put weight back on

Bushy, if you have had a diagnosis of heart failure and your weight has suddenly increased, even allowing for the fact that you have stopped a potassium sparing diuretic, have you not been advised to consult your GP

or nurse in such an instance?
