I've just realised that whilst in the UK (in August) I bought Manganese instead of magnesia tablets. I noticed this as I have been having aching legs (like flu) and on close look found that that this was a side-affect. Looking closer I realised I had made a mistake wouldn't mind but it was in the middle of the Magnesia products in the Health Shop where I bought it. Further research on the Internet revealed that it can help anti-coagulation ... presume this is why my INR results have been higher than normal. Moral - look very carefully in the future or change my glasses! Pauline
