Thank you to all who replied to my post. I am only on a low does, 50mg twice a day but I will contact the hospital. I have an appointment in December. Pat

Yes, 50mgs twice a day is a low dose, but seek advice and check what would best suit you. You might do really well on a larger dose. Lots of people are on 100 mgs twice a day and some on 150 x 2. I think one or two people take 50mgs three times a day. You might discuss just taking extra as and when you need it.
