Been to Gp today she wants to increase Frusemide40mg to 50 mg a day to reduce oedema and breathlessness. I am worried as already on losartan which also contains diuretic. When admitted in May they said my kidneys where dry so worried, don't want to damage them more, so she suggested bloods before increase. Any comments.??

Losartan does not contain a diuretic it's an angitensin 2 antagonist and amongst other things is used to protect kidneys if there is evidence of kidney failure as well as in heart failure which it sounds like you have. Furosemide would often be added as a diuretic if you have oedema, but you need to be careful of blood pressure falling and renal function being affected. Monitoring your bloods sounds an excellent idea.
