Cryoablation Day 17

Feeling a lot better now and getting back to normal. No PAF apart from the odd ectopic. The worst problem was the sore throat, which has now eased. In the first 2 weeks I could tell if I over did it as I became tired and weak. Interestingly was not always due to a raised heart rate but when under self-imposed stress/time pressure. However a good lie down and long nights sleep was beneficial. Now doing 30 min gentle sessions on my cycle rollers and back to gardening and cutting the lawn. Using heart rate monitor to control bike sessions. Still taking things easy though, with plenty of sit downs.

That's great and hope all stays calm. Be careful though still early days. Good luck.
