Just had a call from DVLA to say thanks for infoming them but my irregular heart beat was of no issue to them. They will follow that up with a letter

But I'm please that's all gone away☺

Did you get your OK? I sent my form H1 in last week and am on pins waiting to hear if they will let me keep my licence! So worried I can hardly function.

By the way I had my cardioversion therapy on Tuesday a complete success back in sinus rythum. if it stays that way for the next 60 years I won't complain😊😊😊

Hi Sue, yes it came back after about 2 weeks, and all was ok. There was just a comment in the reply about if my AF caused me to black out then they would need to know. As this has never happened, it's not something I'm going to worry about. Hope yours is back soon!

Thanks for that. Shall report back when I receive a reply. Still worried but my friend said if they stopped everyone with AF from driving that'd be over a million people!
