Sounds like sinus issues

It could be the meds you're on. I get peculiar headaches with Diltiazem but I don't worry about them as this is listed as one of the possible side effects. I often wake up with a slight headache, but it goes once I start moving around

but here my head is so weighted i couldn't come out of that for long time at least it takes 1 hr for me to come out of that everyday morning

I think you should see a neurologist – it could be too much pressure around your brain.

No point conjecturing. You need to see your doctor. ASAP. They will point the way.

Do go and see a Doctor, just drinking water first thing in the morning has helped me but in the mean time look at this.

I have a morning routine that helps me face the day - even if I do not feel to well.

Check it out, and try it: myafibheart.com/quick-morni...

Whatever folk believe, The message that we have been granted a new morning is a very powerful message. We really should live each day as if it could be our last. Sometimes this is hard to remember so having a morning mantra is a good idea. X

My sister, apparently, would never lay a breakfast table, considering it presumptuous to assume that everyone would last the night.

That sounds very familiar Rellim.

My Mother you to say to us all as we climbed in to bed " see you in the morning" then capped it off with "God willing".

If you see the morning as a gift -- It IS.

For the rest of the day
