Echocardiogram today

Report is mainly gobblydegook to my layman's eye, but google will help I am sure, but the use of words like "borderline" and "mild" are at least a little reassuring.

Though I am not sure I should look up some of these terms without expert guidance to interpret them :(

It might be worth having an expert opinion as there could be things you can do to improve the situation these rather encouraging terms suggest. Otherwise, as it could indicate that nothing is seriously amiss, it could be felt you are good enough as you are - but not as good as you could be.

oh yes, the situation definitely needs to be improved my quality of life is very low at the moment.

So I am just reassuring myself until I get a chance to see the expert. I am seeing cardiologist on Tuesday for Cardiac Angiogram. So hopefully will have more information & more informed opinion after that. And a pathway forwards.
