Hi Barry! doing fine. I've never been on bisoprolol - but decided to start 50 mg flecenaide twice per day a couple of years ago. I was only getting 3-4 attacks per year, but I figured it's better that the heart is prevented from getting the opportunity to restructure. I go through periods of time where I get ectopics, but so far no atrial fibrillation. How are you?

Thanks for your reply, sorry I was under the impression you took a tablet or half a tablet just before taking part in a sporting activity, just to slow down your heart rate etc.  I am fine, just waiting for a call from the hospital.

Oh right - sorry yes - when I play squash or another high-intensity sport, then I take a quarter tablet of atenolol to ensure that my heart rate does not go too high.

What kind of patches you have mentioned? I usually take Flecidiane as PIP. Bisoprolol 2.5 mg I am trying to take every day to prevent episodes of AF, a nd anticouggalant every evening.Maybe patches is better solution.

My apologies - I was using the word "patches" to refer to a period of time. I have not heard of patches being applied to administer medication for rhythm or rate control.

The same I have in doubt, but.... Maybe in UK more warrierties of preventing AF.
