I think I will just sleep with one extra pillow.

Jean, I bought an adjustable bed and it's made a world of difference for me since I can just raise the head of the bed.  Well worth the investment!

Do you know what Donna I was recently considering getting one. I might look around for one.

They are pretty pricey tho' aren't they. Anyway you can't put a price on a good night's sleep can you.

Dad, 88yrs, recently diagnosed with AF. Further tests pending for more detailed heart info. But he has an electric bed and I suggested he raised the head up a bit as I know that for suspected heart attack sitting up is the action to take. Also seemed like his breathlessness was in bed. Reports he is comfortable and sleeping well. Fingers crossed!
