GPs are shut on Monday as it is a Bank Holiday but I think that it is very important that you get an emergency appointment on Tuesday. I would suggest that you watch this very carefully Sunday and Monday and if any issues go straight to A&E. As my GP says it is better to be there and be monitored properly so if it continues to drop they are easily on hand to do something without delay.

I am in persistent AF and had one ablation last March. I also have moderate to severe leakage in tricuspid valve. I am on 7.5mg bisoprolol per day. I have had low blood pressure a few times, typically when it drops it can drop to 90 / 70. Recently for a week or so it was consistently around 90 to 100 / 70. However my GP said that although this can be be considered "normal" for "normal people" but for she said for ME, as someone with heart conditions, she wanted it to be around 120 / 80 and if it drops much below that she is going to reduce bisoprolol and add an ACE blocker as a side effect of bisoprolol is reducing blood pressure.

I suggest that you ask your GP what the target BP should be for you.

We have GPs available 24 / 7 in the UK using on-call service but own dedicated GP is only available weekdays.
