I week post ablation and feeling good the only thing is I'm getting headache dizzy and cannot focus is this normal.

YES is the simple answer. If you had GA these symptoms are quite normal. Migraine aura and visual disturbances are a side effect of the transeptal puncture while they are doing the ablation although they seldom warn you about that. There are many recent reports son here of such things.

You have had a serious procedure done so expect to take a while to recover. Three to six months is normal for full healing.
