This is good information. It really reinforces the fact that we are our own doctors, especially mentally.

I note that the article assumes a situation where healing is taking place and a person can look forward to improved function. Unfortunately, when the best you can hope for is for symptoms to not get any worse, a different approach is needed, one that enables you (or rather, me) to accept your (my) condition and get on as well as possible. Such is life with an autoimmune disorder. Oh, and did I mention that it was caused by flecainide? (Sorry to beat my own drum so much. I hope it isn't getting obnoxious).
