Can anyone recognise these peculiar beats please? My AliveCor cannot classify them but they feel like premature beats without the pause and racing.
Any help appreciated.

I think they are PVCs, I looked on the Alivecor education section! I don't think Alivecor picks up much other than the main rhythm. I'm sure my ECG shows Flutter blocked by medication but Alivecor usually says Normal.
Thank you Buffafly - will check the education section, too. I have had these for a long time - usually 10 minutes or so at a time but today I was fast enough to my iPad/Alivecor to catch them.
I found this site very useful:

Finvola....thank you so much for posting reference to Dr Mandrolas site. Most interesting read on AF & flutter etc that I have ever encountered . He does explain things so well.

Hi Finvola,
Thank you for this interesting link.
Following a 'successful' ablation last year a 7 day loop monitor has recently detected a very occasional isolated ventricular ectopic beat and brief run of ventricular bigeminy and trigeminy. This termanology has not been explained to me and I am curious as to why this was not mentioned at my final review at the hospital a few weeks ago.I received the news in discharge letter from the hospital last week.
Are these beats a precursor to AF or they benign I really don't know ?
Regards,
Carol.
I'm no expert but it looks to me as if the trace is inverted. Either you recorded it with your fingers on the wrong terminals or you accidentally inverted it once it had recorded. Try inverting the trace and see how it looks. I suspect it is sinus rhythm with PVCs
If the T wave is inverted then I was told that is an ectopic or premature ventricular contraction.
Thank you DrDave!
I use this site to figure mine out...
I can't read an ECG, but if the lower line is a continuation of the upper one, then the funny beat is every 6th beat. Maybe that means something?
Koll
Yes, I get them singly and sometimes every third beat too - trigeminy, I think that's called but I cannot find any reference to them being ominous in someone with no other heart condition.
