Hello all I'm 65 a keen cyclists but get very breathless going up hills I'm in AF all the time and had bilateral PEs 5 years ago I take debagatran bisoprolol statins ramapril and the odd smartie!!!!Anybody else cycle regularly and any side effects

I agree with Koll. If the drugs aren't working (apart from dabagatran)_ why are you taking them? Who is treating you? See an EP who may offer a different course of treatment.
