Dizziness and Flecainide - update

Some information on my post of last week on intermittent dizziness, suspecting Flecainide was involved:

It has now been diagnosed as viral labyrinthitis and has nothing to do with Flecainide - which is a relief.

Yes, that's what has been prescribed.

I had it about three years ago and had to get the emergency doctor to come and give me an injection as I could not stop being sick. Since then it has come back on a couple of occasions but never as bad. I always keep some stemetil with me if I go away ever since.

Hi. I had that last year. Was horrible. Even worse because I had arranged for me and friends to see Michael Bolton but I was so dizzy and feeling ill I ended up in A&E and waving them off. BP was sky high. It took ages for it to go. Even now when I feel dizzy I wonder if it's that returning or my PAF playing up. .....
