Af or not !!

At work felt dizzy a couple of times took pulse at 63 not irregular . Now sat at home again dizzy but pulse still at a regular 60 but have a feeling like adrenalin rush.

Unless you pulse is irregular it isn't AF > Could be lots of other things mostly not life threatening such as hypoglycaemia ( low blood sugar) or even low blood pressure.

You will know if you have an Alivecor on your phone. It will either be very reassuring for you, telling you your heart is in sinus rhythm or it will verify AF and record it.

Xmas present to yourself and well worth the money in my view.

I have spells when I feel dizzy and lightheaded and my pulse is only slightly irregular but I have infrahisian disease. I understand I am in AF most, if not all the time, but I have bradycardia of the ventricles. I am not sure if this might be applicable to you and your symptoms?

Get yourself a little pulse oximeter and learn to know what your body is doing. I had terrible trouble with dizziness and light-headedness but it was all caused by the medication ( sotalol and flecanide). I was much better when I was put on rate control except for bradycardia at rest. I wish I knew what normal was for me before I got af . The medications used for treating af work for some and not others and can make you feel far worse than the original complaint.
