Hi Samantha - You have entered your query on a heart forum. Do you have a problem with your heart? I would guess that it's something you've eaten that has caused your stomach upset. A heart problem wouldn't do this. Have you never had an upset stomach before? As long as you drink plenty of fluids you should be ok. Do you have someone with you?

Hi Samantha, chances are you have some sort of tummy infection, but if you also have chest pain that doesn't resolve itself quickly I'd call the medics.
