I lived in Turkey for 4 years 2 years in Istanbul teaching English at first the summers were a novelty then I began to dread them..I can't imagine what it would be like for me now with AF...I'm supposed to go over and visit my friends and colleagues over there but putting it off until I've had my ablation...how did you find flying with your heart?
No problem flying at all thank goodness. Was speaking with one of the locals today who said that the temps at the moment are unusually high, thank goodness for aircon! You should come out when it's cooler perhaps, then the flecainide won't have such an impact. Lovely to chat with you.
Thanks SuziA you're welcome yes the worst months are July through to September (which I avoid)and yes one of my friends in Istanbul she says it is unusually hot at the mo..I tend to go out of season..have a lovely time there (iyi tatilar) I'm dead jealous!
