My first venture out

Hi all

I had my ablation on Wednesday and had my first venture out today to the local shopping precinct. Although my heart is racing but not excessive, legs feel weak and slight dizziness but so glad I did it. Will rest for the rest of the day and venture out again tomorrow as a start to building up my strength.

Easy does it if the heart is racing. The heart does need down time for the scarring to take place!

Take it slowly Steve, don't rush it, give yourself time to get over the sedation. Having said that, I'm going to go for a little stroll along the beach tomorrow....all on my own!!!!!!!!!
