Cardioversion yesteday - it worked!

Had my Cardioversion yesterday and it worked. Apart from the burn mark off the pads, (only like sunburn really) I feel great. Still breathless though - is that normal?

Congratulations! Great news. I can't say relative to just the CV, as I was DCCV during my ablation but I would imagine it is normal... You have to recover your breathing and your energy after all you've been through! slowly!

All the best.

So pleased to hear your good news. Yes, you will probably feel a bit tired and breathless for a few days but you will soon pick up.

Good news. I remember being able to walk up three flights of stairs non stop the week after my cardioversion - something I hadn't done in years.

Fab news, I had more energy within a couple of days and I was not breathless after going up stairs.

Yes - you will feel clapped out for a while. Just take things as easy as you can and let your body get used to this new experience. Great that it worked...now keep it working!
