My pulse has been between 100/140 the last few days ,but I feel ok.

Do need to see a doctor. I have wedding to go to and I do not want to go to the hospital

If you feel OK and are on medication. especially stoke prevention i e anticoagulation I don't see why you can't do whatever you feel capable of.

My pulse is normally 100 plus even with medication. I do a demanding full time job. Bit tired at the end of the day but the key is little rests, even a five minute pause to sit and good anti coag.
