OK my heart is doing well but doing strange things. I had an electroconversion about a month ago. It worked for about 2 weeks and

then it started A fibbing again. last weekend I went to a seminar on treating PTSD with acupuncture (my profession) In Chinese medicine PTSD is damage to the heart. During the weekend I did a lot if Tai Qi exercises for helping heart as well as a specific PTSD acupuncture treatment. In the middle of the weekend my heart stopped A fibbing, started beating at good rate, rhythm and strength for 36 hrs now. I don't know how long it will last or if I can do it again. I have an appointment to talk to MD tomorrow to tell him. I was originally going to start talking about Abulation but I will put that off for a while now.

Hi shadski, I have PAF treated quite well with bisoprolol. I also have acupuncture every 2 to 3 weeks. A few months ago I started having more 'episodes' of irregular heartbeats and this coincided with a change in my acupuncture treatment. I didn't put 2 + 2 together for a few weeks but once I did, and mentioned it to my acupuncturist, she adjusted my treatment and I haven't looked back! I am certain having acupuncture helps

Hi shadski,never thought of having acupuncture going to look in to where I can get it done,Have just bought Tai chi dvd,Had another episode of PAF on Sat,went on for eighteen hours,Have no idea why this one started as it wasn't after I had eaten which is when they normally start,Got very dizzie,as I only have two a month that should be it until next month,I dread them,thank you for your reply. ,
