New helpful Rivaoxaban (Xarelto) anticoagulation alert card.

On opening my latest pack of Rivaoxaban anticoagulation drug I see the manufacturers have now enclosed a very useful Patient Alert card to carry with us. It gives space for personal details, medical condition, other meds, other medical conditions, doctor/consultant details and contact info, emergency contacts. It also gives information to medics that 'INR values should not be used as they are not a dependable measure of the anticoagulant activity of Rivaoxaban (Xarelto)'.

It also gives details about 'what I should know about the drug', 'when should I seek advice from my health care provider', How do I take the drug'.

All in all it is a useful, helpful, small trifold card to carry around
