Does anyone else notice that hot weather makes their ad worse? Or is it just me ? I have permanent AF but feel much worse in this heat

Hot weather and af
So do I, but I've had problems with the heat for a long time. We've had cool, wet weather up to two weeks ago here in the Veneto, Italy,(unusual for this time of year) which I've really enjoyed, and been able to do things, now the heat is really upon us (28+° but with humidity that feels like 90%) and I feel like a wet rag! Give me winter any time! What's the opposite of SAD? Don't think people who dislike the heat moan as much as the winter haters for them to give it a name!
You are right
Dehydration is a trigger for AF attack
I noticed that my attacks become less after drinking plenty of water daily

Hi MissL
I agree with the others, the heat itself does not worry me, but lack of hydration seems a lot worse now, so I find myself drinking (and peeing) maybe twice as much as I did a few years back, not unusual for me to drink up to 3 litres of water a day now, but I am told that is good, even though the recommendation is 1.5 litres I understand.
This is quite a good site which calculates the need based on your daily circumstances

Personally, I still remember an enlightened workplace which had a colour coded chart above all the urinals and the toilets showing you by colour matching how much to hydrate.
Be well
