Sorry I've been absent for the last week or so. I've been out everyday working in the 90 deg heat helping my son out. After 10 or so hours outside, when I got home and got a shower, my day was pretty much over. But honestly, It actually felt pretty good to be outside and working again. I had to power wash a deck, tree house and privacy fence, seal it all and power wash the house. Also did quite a few odd jobs like trimming trees, building a doggy ramp for a bed, building a swing set and putting together a new bed for our grand daughter and fixing the garage door. My son is a Master Chef and can cook the most awesome meals BUT I think would kill himself trying to use a screwdriver.
Anyway it's nice to be back.

Nice to know you're in such good shape. Very encouraging, I've been far more active this year than I've done for years. It just feels sooo good to know there's people here who know exactly how you feel when things go pear shaped! Good you're back. Terjo
Sounds like Action Man!!!! Wonderful, please take it steadier . I know for a fact with myself, over the past couple of weeks of very hot weather the heat plays with the AF, really hit and miss at times. But then we all can read our own bodies and know when enough is enough. Enjoy the cooking and a long awaited rest!!
Welcome back. My goodness you sound full of energy, which is great to hear and so inspiring for us all. Have you put on any weight with all those lovely meals prepared by your son? Or did you work all the calories off?
Hey good to hear from you, Tim. I was thinking maybe you were on vacay. Glad you are happily busy and feeling well. Don't forget to stay hydrated in this heat! I just finished swimming 20 laps in our pool. We asked for summer...now we've got it! Enjoy! Keep in touch!
Welcome back Tim I did wonder and worried slightly. Great you are doing so much as it means you are feeling well. Hope you are staying well hydrated in that heat.
Good to see/hear you back and evidently feeling well. If you feel the need to continue working in a garden ..mine's probably harbouring lost tribes ! ...it'll take a brave fella to go where no -one has been for years!
