Opevesostat (MK-5684, ODM-208) is an investigational drug being developed for metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC) that inhibits CYP11A1, a key enzyme in steroid hormone production, potentially suppressing androgen receptor signaling and cancer progression.
