Many new posters here ask for advice for advanced mHSPC cases regarding ADT vs RT. This is a fairly recent video presentation that reviews several trials and lays out scenarios. Starting with delayed ADT (ie wait until RT-treated PCA comes back), through RT & ADT. No mention of abiraterone and other ARPI/ARSI outcomes.
