Psma plus status

I have had a TEP scan to test if I am suitable for Pluvicto. The result was that I am psma negative, and therefore not eligible. Can my psma status change to positive? If so over what period?

No, usually the amount of PSMA negative tumor increases. You have to look into a Cabacitaxel chemo instead.

Or take part in this trial in Strasboug: clinicaltrials.gov/study/NC...

About 5% of PCa metastases are PSMA negative. They stay negative. Pluvicto will never work for you, but Xofigo may work if you have some bone metastases.

Do you have low PSA as well? (They often go together.)

Thanks for your reply, I have some bone metastases, PSA currently 109.

If you decide for Xofigo, you might want to use it in one of these combinations:

First I've read of a TEP scan, or that the few non-PSMA cells excluded one from Pluvicto. I'll have to see if my local docs are even aware of that. I'm not ready for Pluvicto, but may explain my recent first PSMA scan.

I was unaware too, it also excludes you from actinium 225, same carrier, needs psma+ to attach to

Is a TEP scan known as a PET scan in the USA?

If so, what type of PET (or TEP) did you have? There are five or more here (USA) used for prostate cancer.

I don't know what type of sca.nner, I believe I was injected with iodine to test for psma.

Hello,

I am participating in this trial NCT04221542. I started in August, PSA 4.4 now I am at 0.6 and the two metastases have reduced by more than 30%. There are some centers in Europe that carry out this treatment with amg 509 (or xaluritamig). This new immunotherapy does not require PSMA, but a molecule that is found in almost 90% of prostate cancer cells: STEAP1, unlike PSMA which is found in 60%.

The hospital in Barcelona where I am treated brings patients from other European countries.

I contacted the hospital, but they require a medical history in English or Spanish, I only have French. Do you know of any other centres offering this treatment?

In Barcelona there is another hospital that makes the clinical trial also: Hospital Clínic de Barcelona. Write an email: uaclient@clinic.ub.es

To participate in the clinical trial you must meet the prerequisites. Go to the trial website and read the conditions that a patient must have to enter it. For example, you must be resistant to abiraterone, enzalutamide or darolutamide. You should also have undergone treatment with docetaxel, or have refused it, but it seems that having undergone a taxane is not an indispensable condition.

About the translation of your medical history. Maybe if you try with google translator, you can send documents to google translator and creates a document with the language that you want to translate.

I recomend you that you send two compressed files, one with the documents in the original language (french) and another the translated language (spanish)

Change your diet NOW, red grapes with seeds, watermelon with seeds, pomegranate, and the best of likely a Mediterranean style diet for proteins, 0SUGAR, 0 Sugar, 0 sugar you need to be a alkaline as possible, acidic foods are no good if u must eat bread I know France has the best, take the soft dough out the middle, otherwise whole grain, and real butter not the processed stuff. I know, I love cheese too, but it's gotta go all these foods will promote healing, green leafy veggies, ask of them. Cheers and be Well.

You are most welcome, and I'm a Lil jealous, France is beautiful any time of year, I lived in Deutschland for 5 years and traveled extensively while there. I have a childhood friend I used to play music with, you may know him, he's a Pro Bassist named Kris Jefferson, from queens nyc. He's actually world renowned at this point. Look up his web page on FB, HE'S LIKELY TOURING ask over Europe now or just returned from tour. Any words of insight, speculation and challenges to medical, physical or spiritual norms I question, cuz no one knows even half of everything and much of what we ALL have been taught and convinced to believe is lies and have contributed to our ignorance of truth. Not to say there's no true information out there, just that we should QUESTION EVERYTHING. Peace and Love to you dear Lady. Cheers.
