well this is my third vacation and typically they last a year. I intend on enjoying it to its fullest potential. Thank you very much.

I've been on vacay for 3 years, though i Did change my diet dramatically, 0 sugar, 0 bread 0 noodles 0 processed food. I have my occasional set snack maybe once a week. Dropped 24lbs in a month and now thyroid issues, nothin I can't handle though. Yes augment your diet that should help immensely, and get even longer vacations, Be Well.

Hi have been fortunate to respond well to every treatment. Lupron, casadex, provenge, zytiga, and eliguard. Lupron casadex failed after 4 years then provenge. Zytiga these past 11 years and eliguard since Lupron became scarce

Just read your profile for the first time. My God, that's quite a history. Your body must have reversed the usual process and started killing PCa cells on its own (with some help from ADT and Zytiga).

Unbelievable (especially with organ Mets).

It has been a ride. I changed my life significantly. Wild caught or shot for my primary proteins., balanced organic fruits and vegetables. Now we grow and can our own. Lots of laughter. Good friends and good wine. Lots of time spent outdoors
