Here is the top line results of my Pylarify Pet scan.

Impression

1. Tracer avid osseous metastatic disease involving the right ischium, new/progressed from the prior PET scan of 5/17/2022.

SUV MAX 42.

2. New tracer-avid right hilar lymph node, suspicious for metastatic disease.

SUV MAX 34

3. Decreased activity of the left hilar lymph node.

I'm looking for treatment options.

I'm currently on Orogovyx and Xtandi.

PSA increase to .51 on mono Enzalutimide at my July 20th appt.

Added Orogovyx in late August. My PSA dropped to .31.

Do I stay the course with my doublet treatment or do I start considering other additional treatments while still low volume metastatic?
