metastasised kidney cancer led to Nivolab immunotherapy

Writing for my husband, in brief:

Had kidney out due to cancer

Metastasised to both lungs and thorax.

Five years of scans.

Now on his spine, shown on pet scan

Started immunotherapy, Nivolab and daily tablet.

Had four sessions ,become really really ill.

Tired, sick feeling, dizzy, unsteady on feet. Back ache, not hungry ever. Lost one and half stone.

Lost his ability to speak for ten mins so has ad a brain scan , get results Monday.

Has anyone been through these terrible side effects, please can anyone tell me does it get easier?

Subject, Immunotherapy: I had Keytruda treat my lung metastasis due to a melanoma. It worked, and no side effects, during and after. Just to let you know it worked and maybe can be used for your husband's issues.
