I take mine @ 5:30 am. I also take BP medicine daily. I can't speak on Aspirin as I don't have a need for that .

Any reason you take it in the morning vs evening

Not really. You need to take it at the same time every day so I take it in the a.m. I take it and forget about it. Just easier for me to get on with my day and not try to remember to take it later on.

Does one take Orgovyx on full or empty stomach?

The pamplet says with or without. I usually take it on an empty stomach as I take mine early (5:30 a.m.) and not a food person just out of bed just a coffee guy then. About an hour later I take my dose of Nubeqa and with that I have some toast.

I try to take Orgovyx (relugolix) in the morning after food. Sometimes I forget and take it later in the day. I take it with darolutamide (Nubeqa) and BP meds (losartan, amlodipine, and hydrochlorothiazide). I often take an aspirin (375 mg) before bed.

Thanks. Since how long are you on it ? How is it working for you

I've been on it for about 9 months now but I'm actually going to talk to my doctor next week about going off of it. It's done the job. It has reduced my testosterone to almost zero but I'm having side effects including insomnia, muscle aches, and the worst of all is the total loss of libido and I am concerned with that trophy as well

Oh, and the hot flashes too but they're minimal

Ok. Dad had his first loading dose Yesterday and today says feels little tired

That's normal. I started feeling less energetic shortly after starting the pills and still do not have my normal stamina and energy. Another reason that I want to talk to my doctor about quitting.

Are you metastatic? If so, shouldn't you continue with Orgovyx indefinitely?

I started my loading dose as soon as I got the pills, maybe 4 in the afternoon. I then read that it was very important to take them the same time every day. For me, I thought bedtime - 10pm would be easiest to be that consistent. So I did 25 hours for the first week or so - 5pm, 6pm, etc until I got to 10. I also set an alarm on my phone to remind me every day.

I take my Orgovyx after dinner. Along with a statin pill, one of my blood pressure pills, and one of the two daily 5mg Prednisone pills (that are required by the Abiraterone which I take in the early morning).

I’m in the right before bed crowd! I sometimes forget my after breakfast pills like when I eat out. Maybe once or twice a month, I rarely forget my bedtime pills. My iPhone tones at 9:45PM, that’s my pavlonian alert to get up and take my pills. Today is day 12, so far no noticeable side effects like the hot flashes I was experiencing with Lupron… The specialty Pharmacist know my drug history so I suspect there are no conflicts…

I take mine first thing in the morning with 5 prednisone.

My routine is now, zytiga when I wake up to pee (usually 3am). Then orgovyx and probiotic when I wake up at 6.

Then before bed I take vitamins and my nerve pills for the other issue I’ve got going on.

I take mine early morning along with my BP meds and 81 mg aspirin but you need to check interactions with his specific meds.
