Just came across an article about this study from Duke researchers. Interesting possibility for dietary intervention? Researchers stress that it's not about the diet, but presence of ketones.

There might be a connection with the benefit of vigorous exercise. When energy from oxygen can't keep up with muscle demand , the body will begin using the older system involving ketones. "The ketones disrupt the cycle of the cancer cells, allowing the T cells to do their job to destroy them. " Perhaps ketones produced in the course of exercise might , to a more limited effect allow the immune system to work a bit better against the PCa cells. In any case as the authors say, their findings illuminate a molecular cause and effect that is exciting in that it has never been observed before.

He studies glioblastoma with keto and believes cancer is a metabolic disease. His study goes into medical ketosis with press pulse theory of extinction level events to cancer. All good stuff and a good primer for understanding keto and cancer, but not specific for cold tumors like prostate cancer.
