PSMA scan results - what does 'physiologic activity mean'

We just got a copy of this from the RO. She explained they will treat tumours in his prostate, his right ischium and 2 smaller ones in his pubis with EBRT. Can anyone explain what the text I highlighted in blue means?

In case you cant read the text it says ' physiologic activity more generally throughout head and neck structures' and 'physiologic activity ... intense in the kidneys, proximal small bowel and less intensely throughout the liver and spleen.'

Normal areas that the tracer runs through, not necesarrily PCa.

Kidneys, small bowel. Places that excrete the tracer to exit the body.
