Just curious, but what is it exactly you got from that article?

I took from it that there is so much conflicting so called studies,as this strap line was using fat as the enemy, when it was totally inconclusive and a dirty study as the diet change also had highly processed elements and alot of sugar

It's saturated animal fat that's so bad for prostate cancer bc it increases DHT which is a driver for prostate cancer

We have soya milk and low fat vegan marg instead of cows milk and butter it's an easy switch

Highly processed products though?,it did say that the diet switch to high fat was 60%fat,which is way above what most western diets are and also the food fed to the mice was also highly processed and had sugar, there just seems to be so many conflicting studies, one says this the next says the opposite

Thing is Lizzo, that reference you supplied is a questionaire type article.

I personally think its a bad idea to base any decisions on those types. They're pretty poor quality.

If you want to avoid animal fats and replace them with vegan type substitutes, go for it. Just I wouldn't do so based on this type of article.

A good Bourbon or Scotch or Tequila allows the alcohol to burn all the fat away. Cheers
