The reason you have to like it is that it should not require new drug development and trials etc.

I wonder if it would be applicable to oligorecurrence after SOC RT + doublet/triplet therapies

So 8 patients didn't fully compy leaving only 18 patients that fully complied and follow up was a whopping 6 months after T recovery? That's one of the most underpowered studies I've ever read. But the bright side is at least the results weren't negative.
