QoL; Father and Son painting

My father visited me for a few days last week, driving south from southern Scotland and across Wales. We spent a few hours doing our watercolour painting together. Our styles are very different, but it was a relaxing occasion. I shall post my piece once it is finished.

I am having a bit of a problem at the moment working up an appetite. I am also feeling tired a great deal of the time. I must admit to finding this disconcerting.

How great that you got to share doing what you love with your dad! I’m sorry to hear about challenges you face - my dad also feels tired most of the time. Take it easy and when you have the energy continue doing what you love and surround yourself with loved ones.

Lovely to see you spending time with your Father, doing what you both enjoy. I hope your fatigue reduces with a little rest. Maybe indulging in some favorite comfort food could help a little with appetite? Hugs from Ohio.

Great photo!! Dad time is priceless for sure. I'm so very lucky to have my dad living with us at 92 years old. Get to talk with him every day and relive all the things I did wrong growing up...lol! I hope your appetite improves and helps bring your energy levels up! Thanks for the share/update.

We enjoy my father-in-law’s paintings and through them, feel connection. He hid his PCa symptoms and was Stage 4 when diagnosed 30+ years ago. His favorite themes were seashore and Rocky Mountain vistas.

Your Dad seems like a sharp Dude, how old is he? (Also send him my regards).

Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.
