Rising PSA post RP,IRT,ADT

Have 2 consecutive rising PSA - .04,.05,.1. Year post RP,IRT,ADT.. understand if goes to .2 new scans and possible Radiation. I surely don't like the ADT.. Any thoghts

You've already had radiation- Prostate bed only? Whole pelvic? Get a PSMA PET/CT when PSA reaches 0.5.

Hi, I think prostate bed only. Yes on PET scan, hopefully it will stay down.. thank you
