My cancer spread

I had a lesion in my L2. Ctyberknife a year ago. New MRI reveals it has progressed to occupy the majority of my L2 and L3. large lesions in T12 and L1 News lesions in bilateral sacrum sS1 level. How much time do I have?

what about Pluvicto? I had a met in my L2 for three years and had cyber knife. Not only did it not destroy it, I have it now in four locations. Betting it will be a Pluvicto recommendation for me

4 different rounds of radiation seems to have done the trick for me, Pluvicto is a way off for me I am sure
