By my second Infusion, my PSA dropped 48 points.. but in all fairness it was developed by two different labs. We'll see how it fares at # 3

My father 80 on April 13th is to be treated with Xofigo. Do you have any updates. My dad currently has mets to bone only.

I also only have bone mets.. but now I'm starting to feel bone pain. Awaiting a PSMA PET scan this month.My SE's are fatigue and a little nausea. I'm not sure if it's the disease or the Ra 223. Wishing your dad good luck

Yes, after cycle #3 my PSA drastically increased to 191.xx I'm scheduled for #4 this coming week... Not sure what direction I'll go.I think it's time for another PSMA scan.

He had a bone scan and has been taken off after the second. I hope it is working for you despite PSA increase MO said it is not as relevant for monitoring radium response
