I have been considering trying 'Theraworx' for nocturnal leg cramps; it has many ingredients including vita. E though the E should be a small amount. Does anyone have any real knowledge if this product would effect PSA levels, or have any effect on the PCa...thank you

Daily Calcium and Magnesium tablets work for me
My dad was having terrible muscle cramps that affected his sleep on top of his already existing bone pain from having the cancer there. He started taking calcium and magnesium complex, those cramps disappeared. Not the bone pain though.
Thank you to everyone that suggested magnesium; I do take magnesium citrate a couple hours before bed; according to VA blood work my magnesium is in normal range, as is b-12; I do exercise and stretch legs before bed...I was specifically inquiring about Theraworx, if anyone had used it, if anyone knew of any counter indications pertaining to PCa, and PSA levels...thank you again
Well Mr. social security.......... I just searched HU history and you're the only one that's ever mentioned "Theraworx".....

Does Snake Oil contain any snake? No.
Does Theraworx contain any snake? No.

Don't believe me and my admitedly shakey, er snakey, logic, check out Harvard Health Ad Watch
"Well Mr. social security" just what's that supposed to mean...
"you're the only one that's ever mentioned "Theraworx"....." So, so what; what's your problem with my asking a question?
First of all your UserID looks like a social security number (9 digits).
Next: I never said you had a problem asking your question.
Next : I was being a nice guy trying to tell you that I researched the entire H.U. history database for you and that the word "Theraworx" does not appear anywhere.
I guess this saying rates merit "The road to hell is paved with good intentions".
Hang in there and if you wish to continue your rant, I would be more that happy to oblige you (in between my humor).
Good Luck, Good Health and Good Humor.

Do you exercise a lot? Your bio does not mention ADT or other meds. On abiraterone I was hypokalemic. As a result my MO has me taking quite a bit of potassium. Also since I exercise fairly hard, I take the following during exercise (from Walmart.com) walmart.com/search?q=saltst...
Hello:
No ADT or other meds, just 25 rounds of IMRT and 70 some pellets, (IMRT was first, then came the pellets about 2 weeks latter) I do work out pretty hard, not as much as 35 years ago, but still can do 800# leg press for reps ,for example, and can do 4 sets of 10-15 reps chin ups, but sometimes just gripping the bar hard breaks the capillaries in my forearm (old age) ...my T has dropped to 80 from about 750 before treatment, but I'm guessing that might be what's keeping my PSA <0.01
I had very bad leg & foot cramps (charlie horses) which were painfull & caused me to jump out of bed & walk it off at times. I got ahold of Hyland's leg cramp oitment & put it on every night when I go to bed.. I put a bit on the back of my legs & also on top of my feet.. Since I started doing this (a couple of years ago) I have not had even One cramp episode.. So I will keep using this stuff.. I order it from Amazon & it comes 3 tubes for about $20 which lasts me 3 or 4 months or so.. So you may want to try it... I know nothing about Thera-Werx Good luck..
