Actium 225 after Pluvicto

I have had 6 infusions of Pluvicto, the final one being in March. Initially the results were good with a significant decrease in PSA. Over the past several months my PSA is rising and a recent PSMA scan has shown some spreading of the cancer. I am interested in Actium 225, but am unsure if I can take it due to the fact that I already have had 6 doses of Pluvicto. Any thoughts?

I start Pluvicto injections around mid-2024 and was glad you experienced a significant drop in PSA, albeit temporary.

actinium sounds like a great option. the higher strength and shorter effectiveness sounds like it would put it way above pluvicto but there are not many places doing it. I am doing pluvicto right now. my second treatment is in a couple of weeks. i asked about actinium and was told there were trials etc but blah blah blah. there are actually some trials withe both pluvicto and actinium if i remember correctly but where and when and ?

I don't know the status of this trail, but Fusion Pharmaceuticals is specifically testing it after Pluvicto:

Other than trials at Weil Cornell, would probably need to travel for actinium- Germany or Austria. I know of someone who did 6 rounds of Pluvicto and has had actinium in Vienna.

While receiving dose #5 of Pluvicto, I asked about the status of Actinium-225. They were aware of it but didn't have a lot to offer other than that side effects were a problem. This link

The best I can figure out regarding cost is that it is in the $10,000 range. Fortis seems somewhat more positive regarding results from ac225 than is the material in the pubmed article. The ac225 India possibility is something I'm going to keep up with as it could be a future option. Also one could travel to India to get additional doses of lu177. For whatever it might be worth, I've traveled a lot in India and found it doable since almost all educated Indians speak English, even a lot of the taxi drivers.
