Not asking for an answer as I am not interested in BAT but seems intriguing, for those that are.

Does appear to be that. in San Diego and Baltimore
I think there is a lot of interest in trying to see if interval high testosterone can be a treatment.
it is BAT using 56 day cycles but the real interesting thing and glad they are finally doing this is they are not holding to hard time syamps like the 56 day cycles. They are actually basing the switch between the high T cycle and ADT cycle by PSA response.
Now this is great but still they are using cypionate where they could do propianate but patients would have to self inject ever other day on hih T cycle.
it is a welcome refinement of longer Cycle BAT (2 months high T then 2 months low to castrate supported by AR inhibitor enzalutamide). And a further arm C testing prolonging the cycles further if PSA does not progress and no radiological progression. Even pain flares allowed to continue if going onto enzalutamide resolves the pain. This is a needed trial to expand knowledge on long- cycle BAT in mCRPC.
