35% of patients had a response, partial. 71% of visceral lesions responded (9% had a complete response), 52% of bone lesions responded (7% complete) and 39% of nodes lesions responded (4% complete)…not so bad for a phase 1!! 😃😃

This is similar to our earlier exchange about whether 25 vs,20 months PFS is significant!

I will grant that this new study is significant, although it would have been great with a control arm with other treatment. It is not clear what earlier treatments these CR patients had, but if they had a lot it will make the results stronger.

Am looking into J591 for myself, so this was a most timely link you gave, thanks.

Yes I know, plus it’s just 20 patients, very early stage. I am looking into why OsteoDex is not in phase 3 yet!
