I talked to a well-known radiation oncologist yesterday. He's heavily involved with research and initiatives and told me that he thinks we can turn PCa into a treatable disease "like diabetes".

My MO, Sartor, etc. are hopeful that radioligand "alpha particles" are going to be a breakthrough. Sartor said that the side effects will be worked out.
