Over the 9 - 10 months I have been on this site I've learned, laughed and cried. And among my favorite posts to read are Dockam's QoL posts. And invariably, his posts include links to songs that are tied back in some way to our journeys and struggles with this beast.
The music inspired me to create a Spotify list of songs that Dockam linked into his posts over the past 4 months. If I understand correctly, you should be able to open Spotify and search for a playlist called "Dockam QoL Playlist".
If you are so inclined, please enjoy. It's a long (and great) list of songs!
I'm leaving in the morning for an 11 day silent Vipassana retreat. If there are any questions on accessing the playlist, I'll address as best I can on my return, though one of my son's said he was able to find it when he searched.
Enjoy!

When I get a patient to sing with me, I count that as a WIN, I had a nervous older lady in the chair, I went out and asked hubby to sit with her in the operatory and I said to him "Take her hand" and then sang "Take my hand, take my whole life too" and the hubby sang too
ryte on … Randy , music man, Dockam is definitely the QOL and music content director on the group and does a great job. Randy a big plus trying to encourage and uplift us croakers.
Enjoy the retreat, looking forward to hearing about your experience.
Maybe we could have a Top Ten from the playlist or a highlights reel for those of us without the time to listen to 400 songs. I made a playlist of 400+ songs for a previous girl friend and it 47 hours of music.
